Interested in becoming a market vendor?
We value the participation of local farmers, artisans and businesses that wish to serve the local communities.
There are a couple of different considerations to becoming a market vendor. Please determine your needs for participation in the Wake Forest Farmers Market. Then select the relevant application.
Our Market Vendors, also known as ‘Regular or Seasonal Vendors’, participate in the market year-round or during our primary season (April-October), and/or during the winter season (October-March).
Market Vendors make a one-time application fee, pay an annual membership fee and pay their dues monthly. (For returning Market Vendors, the application and fee is waived.)

Guest Vendors participate on for special events or on occasion during our seasons and prefer to pay ‘per event’. For example, the market hosts four annual Craft & Artisan markets per calendar year in which guest vendors can participate in one or all.
The market also has guest vendors that participate occasionally in the regular, weekly farmers market; such as when they are selling specific items and prefer to select specific dates throughout the calendar year and prefer not to participate as a regular Market Vendor.
